cancellation Policy

It is a requirement of your massage booking that 24hrs notice is given for cancellation. This allows sufficient time to make your space available for others. Appointments cancelled with less than a day’s notice will be charged. If you don’t want to waste your missed appointment, please donate it to a friend or family member. Thanks for your support & understanding!

Booking Policy

To maximise time with your practitioner, all billing is done by our online calendar. Bookings require a deposit at the time of reservation. Clients are able to cancel, edit, and reschedule any appointments by logging in to the website (www.fusefit.com.au). Receipts are supplied after each consult for private health claims. Provided clients have honoured the 24hr cancellation policy, we’re able to provide a refund minus $5 administration fee.

Refund Policy

Massage bookings and gift vouchers must be used within 3yrs of purchase date. If your purchase has past expiry, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Provided clients have honoured the 24hr cancellation policy, we’re able to provide a refund minus $5 administration fee. To apply for refunds, please complete our Refund Request Form or email: sarah@fusefit.com.au.

Waitlist Policy

In an effort to distribute care fairly and effectively, please remember that the waitlist is for:

✔️ Injured clients seeking urgent care.
✔️ Clients unable to book at the recommended follow up time.
✔️ Cancelled appointments that need to be rescheduled asap.

If you’ve received 15 cancellation messages, and still not made a booking, your name will be removed from the waitlist.

Alternatively, if you’ve been waitlisted for 3 months, sent cancellation messages, and still not made a booking, your name will also be removed from the waitlist.

Unfortunately I can’t keep clients permanently waitlisted. If the wait time is too long for you, please contact the fantastic therapists on my allied health page (fusefit.com.au/allied-health)

Other personal information required includes allergies, past & present injuries, infectious diseases, and a detailed medical history as it relates to services provided.

We will collect personal information only by lawful and fair means and not in an unreasonable or intrusive way. This may be by way of online forms, emails or via telephone request.

We will only collect personal information about an individual, where it is reasonable and practicable for us to do so, from that individual only.

If we collect personal information about you from someone else, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are aware or have been made aware of the matters listed above (except to the extent that making you aware of these matters would pose a serious threat to the life or health of any individual).

We may pass your personal information to other organisations

Largely we rely on you for the accuracy and completeness of the personal information you provide to us. Secure storage of your personal information
Keeping your personal information secure is a high priority. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We also encourage you to be vigilant about the protection of your own personal information when using third party digital services (such as social media platforms).

Our online payment gateway is Stripe and our booking and contact management system is hosted by Timely. These provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services to you.

Timely offers the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Stripe follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to them, both during transmission and once they receive it. (stripe.com/au/privacy)

If Fuse Fitness & Massage is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell our services to you.

If your information is no longer needed, we take all reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information.

Keep your PIN, passwords and any identifying information safe

It is your responsibility to keep your PIN, logins and passwords secure. Anyone who knows this information can access your account. We accept no responsibility for personal information disclosed to persons who know your PIN, password or other identifying features.
